Called at bundoran outlet whilst on holiday with visitors from England - worst experience of any KFC I have visited.
Made an order for meals for 4 people and had to return to counter on 3 occasions in order to get everything I had paid for.
Tables / floors were not clean and toilets were absolutely filthy with excrement clearly evident in bowl and bowl almost overflowing.
Disgusting standards and not in keeping with expectations.
I won’t be back anytime soon.

Kfc at bundoran is one place that's i prefer now to go to if I crave for some good chicken. The place is not that great but it is the least in bundoran. The food is good if you are arriving at a day where there is less crowd but it is an average if you go at close to closing hours or during a busy day. I would say that there is a washroom kept ok but not at all times. It has a drive thru as well which has pretty less waiting time than any where else. The parking lot is great given it's name of the franchise.
Overall I would recommend it over any other fast food chains

Excellent customer service. Cashier went above and beyond to come out from counter to show us different options on the kiosk. Food was very fresh. Bathrooms were immaculate as was the restaurant.

We went recently and the staff was ok but when we got are food it was a bit cold the chips were really salty and the chicken was a bit stale . I went to the toilet afterwards and the toilet was blocked and the atmosphere was like a graveyard. Would Not Recommend.

Staff was friendly, food didn't take long however the chicken was really salty and tasted almost stale, I've been here before a number of times and the chicken is always really bad compared to food from the kfc in sligo or anywhere else really. This state of affairs is absolutely disgraceful and distasteful!! Giving a bad name to a generally incredible restaurant!! Shame! I will not be going back again.
